About Sarah Hobbs
Sarah is an engaging and highly qualified business consultant, and an experienced executive coach, with a background in accountancy. She has a career of over 25 years in business, 10 years at PwC where she trained as a Chartered Accountant, and 15 years as a business leader running her own companies.
Sarah understands the particular challenges faced by women as they progress in their careers.
She has experienced first-hand the challenges faced by women in male-dominated business cultures, both at university and in the workplace.
Sarah designs and facilitates leadership and management development programmes, financial and commercial awareness training, as well as executive coaching, across different levels of seniority in large and small organisations, including the public sector.
She has worked with clients across all sectors including Great Portland Estates plc, Honda UK, the British Arab Commercial Bank, Hayfield Homes, Norton Rose Fulbright, Nabarro, DLA Piper, Knight Frank, the NHS, HMRC, the Royal Shakespeare Company, and Tiger Trailers – a broad spectrum from FTSE companies and government bodies to smaller family and director-owned private businesses.
Sarah has an MA in French and German from Cambridge University.
As well as being a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Sarah is a qualified NLP Practitioner, Certified Coach, DISC (TTI) Practitioner, Insights Discovery Practitioner and Licensed Distributor and an MBTI Practitioner. She is also accredited to run Patrick Lencioni’s “Five Functions of a Cohesive Team” programmes.
